Big Data Belgrade #8: Mini-Conference

Greetings, fellow Data & AI professionals, students, and enthusiasts!

After the success of last month's event, when we had our biggest turnout ever, we've decided to organize a mini-conference, on Thursday, April 18th, from 6:30pm at out usual venue, ICT Hub, Kralja Milana 10.

First up, we have Professor Branko Urosevic from Racunarski Fakultet of Univerzitet Union, who is going to talk about Computational Finance, an advanced area of applied economics in which AI is making huge waves.

Second, Milos Milovanovic and Sinisa Jovic from Things Solver, one of our leading Data & AI consultancies, will talk about how they are solving complicated problems in industries like telco, banking and FMCG, using an amazing platform they've developed called Solver AI Suite.

Third up is Sem Sinchenko, Senior Data Engineer at Raiffeisen Bank Serbia, the country's most data-driven financial institution, who is going to talk about writing custom connectors for the upcoming 4.0 version of Apache Spark.

AND, we will also have a fourth speaker, who is going to be announced soon!

After this event, we will take a break until September, as in May we are throwing all of our support into the upcoming ML Conference (ml-conference.rs) in Subotica, on May 31st and June 1st, co-organized by Inspira Grupa, DataKolektiv, and MACHINERY, so these are two events you surely don't want to miss!
