2nd Workshop : How to think in MapReduce

Hi everyone,

After the first workshop, we decided to make another "How to think in MapReduce" workshop because in the first one the number of participants was limited to 20 and some of you couldn't participate.

So this workshop is especially for those who couldn't participate in the first one and also it is limited to 20 participants.

During the workshop we will understand what is MapReduce and how is it working by walking through many examples and finally running them on Apache Hadoop.

We offer you cloud instances already running Apache Hadoop. All you need is a laptop with putty (http://www.putty.org/) and WinScp (http://winscp.net/eng/download.php) (for windows). For Linux, you need a command line and ssh client :)

The number of places are limited because we want to handle better these workshops. Don't worry, we are going to repeat this workshop if you are interested.

Of course, we will have pizza, juices and beers ;)
