Everyone today is talking about GenAI and AI Agents.
But there is a significant gap between an impressive demo and a reliable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise system.
Scattered data, knowledge without clear ownership, complex permissions, answers without sources, rapidly increasing costs, and the inability to measure quality can all turn a promising AI initiative into yet another POC that never reaches production.

In this session, we will present a practical roadmap for building enterprise AI on Google Cloud: from the foundations of a data strategy and Knowledge Catalog, through secure RAG and an AI Gateway, to AI Agents that perform actions using approved tools and interfaces under full organizational control.

We will address questions such as:

  • What must be put in place before connecting a model to enterprise information?
  • How can organizations generate answers grounded in trusted sources, permissions, and business context?
  • How can Agents take action without being granted unrestricted access to production systems?
  • How can security, governance, evaluation, LLMOps, and FinOps be integrated from day one?
  • How do you select a first Use Case that generates real business value, rather than just an impressive demo?

We will explore practical architectures and real-world use cases, including an enterprise knowledge assistant, a Data Analyst Copilot built on BigQuery and Looker, a customer service agent, Document AI, an assistant for development teams, and Multi-Agent automation.
We will conclude with a phased 180-day implementation plan: from readiness assessment and Use Case selection, through a secure RAG pilot, to establishing an AI Factory that enables organizations to develop their next AI product faster, more securely, and at a lower cost.

Who is this session for?
Technology, data, and AI leaders, architects, developers, innovation leaders, and decision-makers who want to move AI initiatives beyond the excitement and POC stage and turn them into enterprise systems that deliver real results.
