Intro to Apache Spark Streaming with Apache NiFi and Kafka

In this talk, it’s all about streaming or “data in motion” as we like to call it. Getting meaningful insights from your data is hard, getting them on time is even harder: this is where streaming analytics comes in to play. We will cover a typical streaming deployment that will use Apache NiFi to fetch, transform and filter the data then leverage Apache Kafka to safely queue it up to be then able to analyze it in real time using Spark Streaming.
