Strategic Foresight is a structured and systematic framework/discipline of using ideas about the future to anticipate and better prepare for change. It is about exploring different plausible futures that could arise, and the opportunities and challenges they could present.

In this talk, we will workshop through the different processes and methods of applying strategic foresight for your industry and organization, including horizon scanning, Scenario Planning, and Windtunnelling your strategies. You will learn how to be prepared not just for one future, but multiple potential future scenarios in order to future-proof your business.
