Join Teradata and AWS for an immersive, hands on workshop learning how to build and deploy agentic AI workflows for an end-to-end customer feedback solution powered by agentic AI and MCP.

Financial Services organizations face a significant challenge in enhancing customer experience. Financial products are highly complex and subject to intense regulation, making the resolution process manual and resource-intensive, with human support agents working around the clock. Agentic AI has the potential to exponentially scale human efforts, reducing time and resource expenditure.

Through this interactive, instructors-led workshop, we'll be working together to build and deploy intelligent agents that improve customer complaint resolution by leveraging Teradata’s Enterprise MCP Server and Vector Store with AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
