MEET UP EAST SIDE TRANSPLANTS SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26, 2026 2-5:00PM

Aloha all! I thought this group had died due to lack of interest, but so many new people have joined in the last year that I decided to organize another event to see if there is still sufficient interest to keep it going!

We will meet on Saturday, SEPTEMBER 26, 2026 at SWEET CANE CAFE (located at 48 Kamana St. Hilo, HI 96720). It is between Kilauea and Kino'ole) from 2:00-5:00p.m. (808) 934-0002

I organized this group a couple of years ago as a way for people who have moved to the east side of Big Island from anywhere else, and I created it as a way to meet new people and find others who want to do activities or attend events around the island you want to attend. We generally meet monthly the third Saturday of the month from 2:00-5:00pm.

The group is pretty evenly split between men and women, and diverse ages! It's a great way to meet new people and find others who are interested in activities you are.

• As always, I'll pay the full bill to keep it simple for the restaurant. Please bring cash enough to pay for your food and drink along with a generous tip! We want to be welcomed back!
