Friendsgiving Potluck

Hi. We are hosting a pure vegan Friendsgiving on thanksgiving day from 2-5pm at Deer Run, 1997 Long Beach Drive on Big Pine Key as follows:

-all attendees must bring a pure vegan dish to share. Ingredient list must be provided for display being mindful to label common allergens like nuts, wheat, gluten, soy. Please bring appropriate serving utensils for your contributions.

-all attendees must bring their own utensils, plates and cups to eat off of.

-all attendees must take their own plates, utensils, cups and serving dishes/utensils home upon leaving.

-BYO alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks, ice and water will be provided.

-no companion animals; We have 2 cats up for adoption in the Friendsgiving area, we are keeping chaos to a minimum for their good mental health. If you are allergic to cats, you may need to skip this.

-please! When you RSVP, also indicate what you are bringing so we do not end up with only pumpkin pies ☺️

-if you are able, please bring a vegan canned good which will be donated to the food pantry on Big Pine. This isn’t mandatory but is great if you have means.

-I am making Gloria’s curry recipe served last year as well as cupcakes. This starts the list of food 💚

-Non vegans are welcome! However, no non vegan propaganda, none. We are a safe space for vegans. If you’re not vegan and need help with understanding compliant food please contact me and I’ll help you.

-No smoking, no vaping and no drugs on our property, inside or out.

-anyone struggling with food insecurity please simply message me privately. We’d love you to come, we will take good care of you.
