PETA is hosting a peaceful demonstration this Friday in Key West ahead of World Day for the End of Fishing (which is on Saturday, March 29th). Participants will be at a very busy fishing spot with PETA’s Tiffany the Tuna fish costume, and we’ll hold signs and outreach people, urging them not to fish.

Here are the details:
WHEN: Friday, March 28th, 2025, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
WHERE: 205 Elizabeth St, Key West, FL 33040 (please see the Google street view: https://maps.app.goo.gl/b4obcUKu617UZrZ47)

All materials, including signs and leaflets, will be provided. We ask that everyone dress sharp, with clothing like black pants or skirts, closed black shoes, and a black PETA shirt (we will provide a black PETA t-shirt if you don’t already have one). Looking uniform helps our message come across much stronger!

After the demo, we’ll go out to lunch courtesy of PETA, and you’re more than welcome to join us!
