This NYC Meetup was created to jump start the hoop dance community in NYC and to help all NY hoopers connect.

Roll in the Summer with us again at the nations largest art parade - Coney Island Mermaid Parade! All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced - bring your hoop(s), props, costume, glitter and have some fun. Please know that this event is $35 to march & is paid directly to the Coney Island Mermaid Parade (link below).
Check-in/Registration for marchers is in the parking lot on Surf Avenue between 21st & 22nd streets from 10 am-1 pm. Our group will most likely get there around 11:30/12pm & address for the check-in area is: 3050 W21st St, Brooklyn, NY 11224.
*Side note - if you are a non-hooper/flow artists and would like to be in the parade, we are also looking for someone to pull a wagon with us too to hold water/extra items.*
Deadline to register and walk in the parade with us is Thursday, June 19th.
