Don V Mizel-Eula state park hike

Hebe Denis will be leading this hike at Don V Mizel-Eula State Park, 6503 N Ocean Drive.
Dania Beach, fl. Arrive at the parking lot by 9:15am. . The hike is on a sandy footpath with little
shade and runs along a mangrove river shore on one side and the beach on the other side. There is a
cafe at the end of the trail that offers lunch and drinks and picnic tables. We will be having snack and/
or lunch. Plan for about an hour for our lunch picnic. Then we will hike back to the trailhead. The
park is very scenic with a great beach. Bring 2 liters of water, sun protection, and bug repellent. Wear
comfortable shoes for walking on sand and cool clothing. Limited 20 people. Please let Hebe
