Abstract:
Real-Time stream data processing requires a scalable and fault-tolerant architecture. It also requires
an ingest mechanism with supports various protocols. Such an architecture can be built using Apache technologies
like Flume, Kafka and Storm. This presentation provides an introduction to these three technologies and later
shows how they can be integrated to create a real-time architecture. We will look at Flumes support for various
protocols, set up a Kafka cluster , and start a Storm topology. The focus will be on fault-tolerant and scalability
feature of these technologies.

Please join us at 630pm for food and socials. We will have giveaways for the event.
