FriendshipWorks Volunteer Info Session (Virtual)

FriendshipWorks is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce social isolation, enhance the quality of life, and preserve the dignity of older adults in Boston, Brookline, Newton, Somerville and Cambridge. We have four decades of experience matching older adults with caring volunteers in 4 different programs: Friendly Visiting, Medical Escorts, Friendly Helping, and PetPals. Most of our opportunities are flexible to schedule, available on weekends, and do not require a car.
