On May 14th at 9AM we'll meet at Bridge & Tunnel. We'll have a group brainstorm session regarding two themes that have some crossover: flipping and BRRRR'ing. If these terms are new to you, BRRRR refers to Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. And flipping involves buying and rehabbing, but then selling rather than renting. Both models focus on value-add opportunities and properties that are often distressed.
We hope you'll join the discussion, whether you're a seasoned investor, someone who's just starting to think on investing, or somewhere in between. Please note though, if you're really not interested in investing in real estate yourself, our group isn't for you, even if you have some service or product to offer us.
Our group is casual, conversational, and roundtable in format, and intentionally a mix of experience levels. We put our heads together, give and receive priceless advice, share experiences and ideas, introduce each other to people and opportunities, and generate energy and inspiration.
Our meeting will be from 9AM till 10:45AM or so at Bridge & Tunnel. The parking is free and easy. And the food is great. If the front parking lot is full, please do not park in the lot next door, as that might get you a citation. Instead park behind Bridge & Tunnel. Look for signage about that.
Please RSVP if you plan to attend, but feel free to join us if you don't RSVP. And please feel free to bring a friend. Attendance is usually 10-20 people, and rather perfect for a group conversation.
