This is a monthly meetup group for anyone interested in real estate investing of all shapes and sizes - from single family homes, to large apartment buildings and beyond, - from the US, to Japan, to - way beyond! - from experienced investors to absolute newbies... All are welcome! Come meet new friends, give and get advice and referrals, discuss financing, taxes, deal analysis, with absolutely no hype, sales pitches, or other BS. This group reflects the philosophy of BP that the best education is gained by talking to the people in the trenches who ARE DOING what you WANT to be doing. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
