Large Language Models with LangChain | Practical Workshop

Welcome to another session, everyone!

In this practical workshop, we'll go over the intuition of large language models (LLMs) and the technical prerequisites for working with these machine learning models.

We will then take a look at Langchain, a Python library that allows using LLMs such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and Meta's LLaMA 2 for your own application and data sets.

Example code will be provided in the tutorial and we'll go over the code together.

Notes:

• This is a practical workshop so bring your laptop with you. Make sure you are able to install an IDE (if you don't already have one installed) and Python packages. See requirements below
• Since we'll be using the Open AI API, you'll be required to setup your billing on Open API to get access to your own token (required for the code to run)

Requirements

• Python (3.9+) interpreter installed, https://www.python.org/downloads/.
• VS Code installed, https://code.visualstudio.com/
• Admin permissions (to install libraries on your laptop)
