Challenging Ride: Avusy

Details
This Thursday, we'll head out towards Avusy for a nice ride through the countryside.
The pace will be challenging. I welcome and encourage people to help set the pace at the front of the ride. The goal is to hold a strong pace, but to keep the group together. We can slow down or speed up as needed, based on the makeup of the group.
The temperature will likely drop a bit during the ride. Bring lights (front + back, charged!) and an extra layer.
Please download the route to your cycling computer or phone. This helps you and the group.
Distance: 46.8km
Elevation gain: 405m
Start time: 6:15pm
Pace: Challenging (~23-26 kph in this case)
Coffee: No, but beers back at the shop afterwards
Estimated return to start: ~8:15pm
Route: Strava, GPX File
RSVP to book your place; by doing so, you confirm agreement to our conditions of participation. And kindly cancel if you can't come to make room for others!
Bring LIGHTS, snacks, water, extra layer, and a flat repair kit. See the equipment list here. Also — especially at this stage in the season — make sure in advance that your bike is in good working order.
Finally, please provide a contact person and telephone number in case of emergency (e.g. on your phone's lock screen or a post-it on the back of it).
NOTE: For challenging rides you should be able to keep the average pace, have ridden before in a group, and be both comfortable and safe when group riding.
