Medium-hard, fast-ish 68km [+450M] (-> GC% 0.66) scenic ride, on shared-paths, backstreets & 15km on shoulder of Captain Cook Drive.

We start and end in Burrows Av, opposite George St, at NE exit from Sydenham Stn. No joining along route.

Two refreshment stops TBD.

Various snail-rail-bail points near route in SOME places, but NOT mid-ride.

Free parking in Sydenham backstreets, SE of station. At worst, in Belmore St, 700M into route.

You'll need a bicycle in good working order, helmet, water, sun screen, spare tube(s) for puncture(s), clothing layers?
