Walsh Family Wines (formerly Northgate Vineyard)

Enjoy views of scenic countryside, horse farms, estate homes, and tree covered bike trails on this ride between the historic towns of Hamilton, Waterford, Lovettsville, and Purcellville, VA. To better accommodate our members varied riding needs and abilities, two different routes are available from which to choose (see details below). Both rides will start and end from the winery and are no drop provided you are able to maintain the minimum average pace advertised for the route.

After the Ride

After the ride we'll enjoy an afternoon picnicking and wine tasting at Walsh Family Wine (http://www.walshfamilywine.com/). Bring along a change of clothes and a dish to share with your cycling buddies. Store bought is OK. Homemade is even better!

Seating is available both indoors and out. Walsh Family Wine offers a variety of white, red and dessert wines which you may sample and or purchase.

Other Things to Keep in Mind..

• If you RSVP "yes" and you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances, or you are running late, please call or text the event host (Please include your name with any voice or text message).
• No go if conditions are bad. This includes rain, wet roads, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.).
• By Virginia law, no alcohol other than wine purchased at the vineyard, may be brought onto the premises. Violators will be asked to leave.
