Trail Build Workday - Trail #742 - Yavapai Trails Association

Details

This is not a Bike Prescott event, but Bike Prescott has long participated in YTA workdays and other initiatives designed to establish and protect our amazing system of trails. Workday events are well-organized, fun and rewarding.

Join the Yavapai Trails Association (YTA) on Saturday, July 26 at 7:00AM to help the Prescott National Forest Service build Trail #742

Meeting location : Copper Basin Trailhead (this used to be dispersed camp site #6). More details for the workday will be discussed at the morning's safety meeting. Please bring plenty of water - it may get warm during the morning. We are usually back to our cars by 11:00AM.

Directions and Parking:
From Prescott, take Montezuma to Copper Basin Rd, turn right. Follow Copper Basin Rd. for 5.4 miles (past the Aspen Springs Trailhead). The Copper Basin Trailhead is on the left where the dispersed campsite #6 used to be.

Tools will be provided.
If you have them, please bring your own hard hat/bike helmet, gloves, and eye protection. If you don’t have them, those items will be provided. As always, make sure to wear long sleeve shirts, pants, closed-toe shoes, and bring snacks/water for the morning.

Again, **RSVP to yta.benefit@gmail.com** if you plan on attending so they know how many supplies to bring.

Represent Bike Prescott and give back to our community!

This is not a Bike Prescott event.
An RSVP on this posting is only intended to allow your friends to see that you are planning to participate.
