Freewheeling Friday - Prescott Around Town

Details
You asked for it - you got it - a ride with some streets we haven't routed on before. This ride starts at Flinn Park and goes out Gale Gardner Way, out to Rosser Ave where we take in a new area. Then we wind our way back through town and out Montezuma Ave, out through the Mountain Club area and over to Copper Basin. Up Copper Basin we go, then make a loop, come back down Copper Basin to Hassayampa Lane, to Thumb Butte Rd and back over to the start. SO, do not plan on zooming around town on this route, but plan to stay together so we can make all the turns and enjoy the different neighborhoods.
The ride is about 15.5 miles long with only about 1150 feet of elevation gain and is all paved.

Freewheelin' Friday rides seek creative routes in the quad city area. They are on mostly paved roads and have varying distances and elevation gain. We ride at a moderate pace, regroup several times and don't leave anyone behind. We start the ride as soon as all those who have signed up have arrived and are ready to go.
