Easier than The Ranch or Badger trails, but still with some gorgeous views…
Come out for a simple out and back from the Peavine Trailhead by the Humane Society. There’s a $3 fee to park or you can ride there. We’ll go south and ride over to the start of the Sundog Trail for this casual pace, no-drop mountain bike ride. This trail doesn’t have any real obstacles like boulders, but it does have a few steeper switchbacks and some climbing. It also has some exceptional views and a feeling of space. It’s a 10 mile ride with about 1000’ of climbing. Mountain bikes and e-bikes are acceptable on this city trail.
