46 Mile Prescott - PV Loop

Join Bike Prescott for a longer route (46 miles) with 3200 feet of hills at a brisk pace leaving from the parking lot at the Commerce Street Pioneer Park at 10:00am. We will ride out Commerce to Pioneer then along 89A to Viewpoint and take streets and trails through PV to Maverick at 69/89. Stepping over the road marker at the end of Orchard Court (Note- Map GPS did want to do this, so subtract about 1.5 miles from GPS route). We will ride Old Black Canyon Highway and explore a few hills through Diamond valley and then work our way back to Prescott Lakes Highway, Rosser past the rodeo and return via Iron Springs, Williamson Valley to Pioneer back to the start on Commerce. As of Dec 9th, the weather looks great with minimal wind predicted. Stops will be at the Maverick (69/89), Top of Hornet Drive and Top of W Rosser. At the finish we will celebrate with Hot Apple Cider and Joy’s homemade cinnamon swirl loaf.
