62 - Two loops Prescott - Chino

Join Bike Prescott for a longer route (62 miles) with good hills at a brisk pace leaving from the new parking lot on Pioneer Parkway at 11:00am. We will ride into Prescott looping to top of Thumb Butte down to Hassayampa/Copper Basin/White Spar/ Haisley to Senator back through town to past starting point around 30 miles. Second leg to Chino with a loop from 89. Stops will be top of Thumb Butte, Gilligan’s, Pioneer Parkway (just east of WVR), Kalinich and Maverick. Weather will be a bit on the cooler side with minimal wind predicted.

We will meet at the new Longview trailhead parking lot on the north side of Pioneer Parkway midway between Williamson Valley Road and the Commerce St traffic circle, about 1 mile east of Williamson Valley Road.
