Taste of Whiskey MTB

With the Whiskey Off Road Race coming up next month, it's time to start getting more Tastes of Whiskey. The first ride will be most of the second half of the 25 Proof course. Start at the White Rock TH: trails 318, 325, Willow Creek, Willy Nilly, 317, and 316 to the Thumb Butte Recreational area. Then options to return to White Rock: 318 or Thumb Butte road or 367, 326, 392, and 324. The latter route reconnects to the course prior to White Rock. About 10 miles, 1200 feet.

For those looking for a more intense and "getting ready to race" experience, I will be posting rides on Tuesdays to combine the hardest and more technical routes. Epic has added a "bypass" route on the first half of the single track segments. Instead of 9401J (Avalanche), 744 is now an option. Longer but less technical. We will explore both.
