Halloween 62 - Chino/Prescott

Join Bike Prescott on Halloween for a longer route (62 miles) with good hills (3900 ft) at a brisk pace leaving from the new parking lot on Pioneer Parkway. We will ride into Chino Valley first to avoid any later day wind for the first 33-mile loop. We will make a brief stop to ensure we are all together at Kalinich and 5-minute stops at Maverick and our starting point.

The second loop through Prescott follows Pioneer to WVR to Iron Springs through Forest trails to top of Thumb Butte down to Hassayampa/Copper Basin/White Spar/ Haisley to Senator back through town to past starting point for about another 30 miles. Second loop stops will be top of Thumb Butte and Gilligan’s. For those wanting a brisk but shorter ride, you are welcome to join us to do the first loop only.

We will meet at the new Longview trailhead parking lot on the north side of Pioneer Parkway midway between Williamson Valley Road and the Commerce St traffic circle, about 1 mile east of Williamson Valley Road.
Helmets required, lights highly recommended, E-Bikes welcome.
