Ride Rockville's Bike Beltway: Carl Henn Millennium Trail
Details
Join us for a ride on Rockville's Bike Beltway!
The Carl Henn Millennium Trail is a 10.6-mile shared-use path that loops arounds around the City. This bike beltway is a great off-the road path for recreation. However, its value for transportation is realized if you know about connecting bicycle routes. We will point out some of these connections that will take you to destinations inside and outside this beltway.
We will be starting at Wootton High School for this family-friendly, casual-paced ride. The pace is casual and the route is mostly flat with a couple of mild to moderate hills.
It's also National Ice Cream Day, so we will celebrate accordingly!
READ THE FINE PRINT, PLEASE:
• Bicycling involves inherent risks and requires that participants be in proper physical condition. When you RSVP "yes" to a Bike Rockville event, that RSVP is your digital signature attesting that you have read, understood, and agreed to the group's Liability Waiver and Release, located here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BocKiaMJwba62c7b583CoOxIYamFiaWN/view?usp=sharing
• HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for all riders on every ride.
• We strongly recommend you bring a water bottle, spare tube, cell phone, ID card, and cash or credit card for emergencies.
• Rain at start cancels the ride; Wet pavement does not.
