Connecting to Stream Valley hills in Potomac

Join us for a casual 9.3-mile loop through quiet neighborhoods west of the Watts Branch Stream Valley Park on the outskirts of Rockville and Potomac. Because we will be riding in the stream valley, expect hills. The steepest grade is 5.1%. However, you will be rewarded with roads that will seem like you are in the country. We will use the path on Darnestown Rd, but most of the riding will be on streets with a shoulder or neighborhood roads. We will stop at the Falls Grove Shopping Center for ice cream at fan-favorite, Sarah’s Homemade Ice Cream just before ending the ride.
