November 17 is World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims:
https://worlddayofremembrance.org/

To support this cause, join the annual Ride For Your Life 2025:
https://waba.org/event/ride-for-your-life-2025/

Dan Langenkamp, working together with WABA, has organized this ride to focus on raising public awareness of the many traffic victims in the DC metro area including his wife Sarah Debbink Langenkamp, who was killed in 2022 while riding her bike.

We will ride about 7 miles from the Twinbrook Metro Station (West side Metro entrance, on the Chapman Avenue side) to the group ride start in downtown Bethesda. There we will join with many others for the ride to the Lincoln Memorial. The total mileage from Twinbrook to the Lincoln Memorial will be about 17 miles.

After the rally, you will have the option of taking the Metro back to Twinbrook or we can ride back together.

We will be leaving sharply at 8:30 am from the Twinbrook Metro.
