Rockville Bike Party: Holiday Lights Ride

Join us for a Rockville Bike Party ride to see holiday lights decorations and an after-party at Trek!

Deck your bike with strings of lights and come for a short neighborhood cruise that’s merry and bright.

We're planning the route will be about 8 to 9 miles - just enough miles and hills to justify some treats afterwards! The ride will be at a casual, no-drop pace, but we ask that you're able to bike a pace of 9 to 10 mph - we don't want anyone out in the cold for too long.
There will also be shorter, family-friendly route option too.
Routes to be published after we see which houses get decorated!

Be sure you have a bright white headlight (between 500 to 800 lumen at least) for the front of your bike and a red light in the back.

• Bicycling involves inherent risks and requires that participants be in proper physical condition. • HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for all riders on every ride.
• We strongly recommend you bring a water bottle, spare tube, cell phone, ID card, and cash or credit card for emergencies.
• Rain at start cancels the ride; Wet pavement does not.
