A Loop around Watts Branch Watershed

Join us for a casual 10.5 mile loop around some of the Rockville parks sprinkled throughout the Watts Branch watershed. These green spaces make Rockville special. Watts Branch contributes to Rockville’s hilly topography so be prepared to conquer rolling hills.

Starting at Silver Branch Rockville Beerworks, we will ride at a 10 to 12 mph pace on shared-use paths, neighborhood streets, bike lanes, and sidewalks. To avoid a steep hill, we will use the sidewalk on Falls Rd to cross the I270 interchange. Route helpers will ensure everyone gets across safely. No one will be left behind. We'll regroup as needed and ensure everyone stays together throughout the ride. After the ride, enjoy a beverage and food at Silver Branch.
