Ride Description:
This "Mystery Ride" takes us through a large swath a large swath of Borderlands Wildlife Sanctuary and the Harshaw Creek area. The route will be provided to attendees. It is strictly limited to ten riders.

We will enjoy incredible views of the area from ridge trails, rail trails, and shady country roads. On our return to Patagonia we will make a stop at the new Quail Covey coffee shop. They also have sandwiches and light snacks.

While most of the ride is on singletrack and gravel roads, there is likely to be up to ten miles of pavement as well.

It is highly recommended that you use a gravel bike with tire widths of at least 40 mm**.** No Mountain bikes please.

Notes:
Start Time: 7:15 AM sign-in. Wheels rolling 7:30 AM sharp.
Ride Type: Social/Re-group.
Pace: 12 mph final average (equivalent to 16+ on pavement)
Terrain: Rolling hills,some challenging
Total Elevation Gain: 1500-2000 ft.
Traffic: Almost none
Water: Bring enough for three hours.

Your GABA membership should be current. If not, please consider joining at www.bikegaba.org. Please obey traffic laws and represent GABA well. Rear flashing lights are encouraged. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.
