Resurrection Pass Mtn Bike

This ride will begin 9am at the Hope Junction with the Seward HWY. Meet at Carrs Huffman at 7:30am to carpool to the paved parking lot at the Hope Junction. This is the main rest area next to the Seward HWY, not the parking lot a quarter of a mile down the Hope Road. We will coordinate a key swap here so that we will not have to do a car shuttle. Some will go to Cooper Landing, some to Hope.

This will be a 40-mile single tract mountain bike ride in the Alaskan wilderness. The elevation is about 3,800' total. Be fit, aware, prepared, bring a lunch and water! Bear bell and spray recommended, leave your gun at home. Be sure to have items to repair a flat tire, broken chain and other minor issues. This will be a very long day out on the bike.

Remember to bring your helmet as they are required. Also, a parent or guardian must be in attendance for any riders under the age of 18. If car pooling, please chip in for gas.
