Refund policy

• If you cancel your booking between 15 to 29 days before the start of the trek, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before the start of the trek, no refund will be provided.

In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or any other emergencies, we will make all efforts to reschedule the trek. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund.
Please note that the refund amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was made. Also, any transaction charges incurred at the time of booking will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will only be accepted in writing via email to kasritravels4u@gmail.com.
