Join us for a Pop-up Community Wrench at Hiker Biker Support Night! The event will be held at Madewest Brewery Donlon on May 16th. We will have bike stands available for ABC quick checks and minor repairs.

Sunday morning just got better ! Once a month we ride a handful of miles on an easy paced social ride, grab a cup of coffee along the way, this time at Singing Sun coffee on the Avenue, neighbor to the HUB. BVC contributes $5 toward your cup of coffee for the first 10 riders.

Route will probably be on the Ventura River bike path to Foster Park and can be modified on the fly if the group is in favor (longer for example). We will return and get coffee at Singing Sun on the Avenue this time.

Surface is on paved bike paths and public roads. Adults must be able to ride approximately 10 miles in an hour. Children from ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under age 12 are too young for this ride. Pets are not able to join. All bike types are accepted, ebikes must be ridden at a manual bike pace. Helmets are required by every participant.

We start with an ABC quick check, sign a ride waiver, and introduce basic guidelines including: road rules, group behavoir, safety measures, and no drop practices.

Join us @venturabikehub for an end of Bike Month Wrap Party!

There will be local art and bikes on display, along with music and snacks. The evening will culminate with our fundraising raffle of donated prizes, with the grand prize a Bike Friday (est. $600+ value) travel bike w/ suitcase. While the party is free, we are accepting $10 donations for raffle tickets all month long up until the event. Larger donation = more chances to win! Stop by the HUB to get tickets. Also, we will be providing secure bike parking, so ride your bike if you can!
