MTB Tour Day: Einsiedler Kretenweg

This is a MTB tour, not gravel, read carefully! :)
The weather for Sunday should be good in the central Swizerland and this offers a very good option for a MTB day from Sattle-Hochstuckli to Pfäffikon SZ doing the route Einsiedler Kretenweg as described in ride(dot)ch.

We will meet at Zürich HB and we will take the train to Sattel, once there, we will go to take the Sattel - Mostelberg gondola.
From Mostelberg, we climb up around Hochstuckli to continue over the ride and bike down to Einsiedeln. After that, there will be a second climb around the Etzel and bike down to Pfäffikon SZ.

Biking level: The tour is expected to be intermediate+ level, there might be sections where walking the bike may happen (no shame). The climbing will be around 800-1000 metres and the pace will be relax to enjoy the day.

For lunch, depending on the motivation of the group, we can either decide to stop at an alp restaurant on our way or we can choose to find a nice spot and eat some snacks.

What to bring: Helmet, bike in good condition, spare tube and tools, water, rain jacket, snacks, etc

(If you are taking this train, remember it requires a bike spot reservation. If you take a different train, you can meet us in Sattel)
