This group is for anyone who wants to explore the benefits of Bikram Yoga. We offer several free and low-cost ways to join our community and learn about this healing, therapeutic practice. Visit us to see what it can do for you. We want everyone to live their best life!
Bikram Yoga is a specific sequence of 26 hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a warm and humid environment. The class takes 90 minutes to work all the joints, muscles, ligaments, glands, and internal organs. Bikram Yoga is a beginner’s yoga class designed to provide a challenging, rejuvenating, and powerful experience for everyone. By practicing this yoga, you maximize your health and well-being – mentally, physically, and spiritually – to reduce stress, heal injuries, prevent illness, promote weight loss, and improve your energy and mental clarity. If you have a body, you can do this yoga!
We want to make this yoga available to everyone and offer several ways to get you started. If you take advantage of our Intro offer ($59 for 30 days of unlimited classes), we provide a complimentary Bikram Basics orientation. This two-hour session includes an introductory talk, a question-and-answer period, and time practicing the postures at low heat. We also offer several free yoga days throughout the year, special workshops and events, and various ways to practice yoga with us depending on your needs.
