I have a community of Japanese yoga instructors learning to teach yoga in English! It's called 'Yoga Sprouts.' Instagram page

We have English yoga Zoom classes every month.

It'll be a free session for about 1 hour, an all-level and beginner-friendly class. Please feel free to join!

My graduate students and yoga teachers in the English community will do yoga sessions.

*They are still learning how to guide yoga classes in English and speak English.

毎月英語でのヨガをyoga.sproutsにてLIVE配信して頂いています🧘‍♀️

このグループは

💫ヨガのインストラクターとして英語でのヨガ表現を学びたい方

💫まるで海外にいるかの様な英語でのヨガクラスを体験したい方

💫グローバルな横の繋がりを持ちたい方

注：彼女たちは英語を話すこと、そして英語でヨガを伝えることを練習中です。

ヨガの動きはオールレベルで初心者の方からご参加頂けます。

クラスの時間はおよそ１時間程度を予定しています。
