This is a heated Pilates class—not a traditional heated studio. We intentionally warm specific areas of the space so temperatures range from 80–90°F, and in certain zones it can feel closer to 95°F due to the humidifier. You get to choose the level of heat that feels best for your body.
This class is designed to be affordable and accessible:

• $13 if you bring a friend
