What we’re about
This is a group for people who want spirituality in their life, but want understanding outside the limitations of "organized religion". Who believe spiritual truth can be found and understood, but it is something that transcends all religion. Often this rests on the idea that not an "omnipotent being", but “love" is the nature of reality.
This is not a group which dwells in the unknowable “soft spirituality” and yet is open to spiritual understanding that can reach enlightenment. Influences that may include Huxley’s “The Perennial Philosophy”, Dostoyevsky, classic literature and modern seekers.
It is for finding a community of like-minded people in the Billings area to discuss these ideas as human nature is sociability and the “two or three together” idea is vital for growth. Don’t be afraid to join without developed ideas of your own.
Meetup Times:
My work schedule changes so Meetup times are usually weekday mornings from 8:30am to 11:30am, but days will change from week to week. Meetup place will be coffee shops.
