Qi Gong is a series of gentle, relaxing exercises that encourage holistic health through slow meditative movements. These exercises may be done in a seated or standing position. The cultural worldview of these exercises is that human beings are energy beings, and these meditative exercises encourage physical wellbeing with a deep sense of interbeing.
