Join us for a new yoga series geared to emotional well-being and resilience with Indy!

Sessions combine self-directed Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation with gentle yoga to soothe the mind, relax tension in the body and open the heart to greater feelings of peace and self-compassion.

The session is beginner friendly. Bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes. Feel free to modify any pose to suit your comfort and ability.

You must be an established member and have attended a First Timer's registration meeting to join.

There is some risk of injury inherent in any form of exercise. Please consult with your healthcare provider to determine if yoga is right for you. By attending this online session, you agree to release the instructor and SONA, LLC. from any liability or loss
