********Hey there folks, I have decided to move away from Meetup (the site and app) for organizing this group. They have repeatedly upped their prices and degraded their services over the years and to be honest we don't get nearly as many folks discovering the group through joining meetup anymore.

We play Board games, as well as Tabletop Role Playing Games [RPG's] of all varieties! Everybody's welcome! It doesn't matter if you've never tried tabletop games before or never played these types of games at all, you're welcome at the table! We are happy to welcome newcomers and veteran gamers alike. What's a Board game? Its a game you play around a table! ...still unconvinced? There are the aforementioned board games but also, strategy games, card games, hidden role games, and party games, etc. These can be games of skill, games full of theme, or games that make you think or have fun with friends!

What's are RPG's? Its any tabletop game with collaborative storytelling elements. I lean towards small press or "indie" games such as Fiasco, Apocalypse World, Microscope, Dread and many others. That being said, if it's a game where you collaboratively make a story, we can probably play it.
