LARUG | August 2015 - Revit API

Join us for this month's Revit Users Group. Special presentation by Kyle Spitznagel and his exploration with the Revit API.

“This month’s LARUG will include an introduction to programming in the Revit API. Although this discussion will demonstrate a fair bit of code, it is geared towards beginners, and assumes no knowledge of Macros or programming in general. If you’ve got a laptop with Revit installed, you may benefit from following along with the lecture by trying out some of the commands demonstrated. Aside from that, just bring an interest in learning about the API, as well as questions about what is possible.”

Speaker Bio: Kyle Spitznagel, BIM Coordination Manager at Hathaway Dinwiddie, has managed coordination efforts on over $1B of construction projects for clients throughout Southern California in the higher education, life sciences, and commercial markets. An avid Revit user since 2009, Kyle co-manages Revit standards and training at Hathaway Dinwiddie.
