After attending this program, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the process senior architects, project managers, principals and partners are using today to perform online design reviews on 2d and 3d content;
2. Discuss the design team coordination efforts that take place between various internal teams and external stakeholders, and how they are changing over time;
   3. Discuss ways to increase design quality by reviewing the 3d design models without having to use complicated BIM software.
3. Identify strategies for how to mentor younger design staff and teach the art of creating effective drawing sets for the given stage of design (schematic design, design development and construction documents); and
4. Illustrate effective ways to review, markup and comment on drawing sets. Also discuss how to track changes over time, increasing quality and decreasing risk.
