Nov. 8, 2019 (Friday) – Arrival Day/Welcome Dinner
Arrive in Amsterdam on Friday, Nov. 8. Please schedule your flight to arrive today, depending on your flight this may require you to depart on Nov. 7. A transfer to our hotel will be provided. Spend the day relaxing and taking in the sites. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. Optional group welcome dinner at 7:30 p.m.

Nov. 9, 2019 (Saturday) – Hot Buffet/Full Breakfast at hotel and a day to explore at your leisure. Amsterdam is best seen from the water so tonight we’ll cruise and dine during a 3-hour evening canal tour featuring spectacular views of the illuminated city from a different perspective.

Nov. 10, 2019 (Sunday) – Hot Buffet/Full Breakfast at hotel and then a half day sightseeing tour and entrance to the Heineken Experience to discover a world of brewing and the history of this famous beer. Complimentary tasting and free beer included.

Nov. 11, 2019 (Monday) – Hot Buffet/Full Breakfast at Hotel Full day at leisure. Perhaps enjoy a day of outstanding art and culture with a visit to some of the city’s world-famous galleries from Van Gogh Museum to Rijksmuseum and/or venture out for an evening walking tour of Red-Light District and coffee shops. We'll meet up later as a group for a farewell dinner.

Nov. 12, 2019 (Tuesday) – Departure day and you're free to schedule your flight to leave any time. Checkout from the hotel is at 12:00 p.m. A transfer to the airport will be provided.

Contact ashley@warricktravel.com to make payment arrangements for your deposit. Deposits and payments are via credit card only. Once your deposit is received, a confirmation will be sent.

The confirmation will include an invoice and the balance with the due date listed above.

Notes:
Pre-travel meeting for Paid Travelers Only will take place in June in Waldorf.

You do not have to have a roommate to book. You will have to opportunity to pick your roommate within the group prior to travel. If you have not found a roommate before the trip, you can be placed in a room with someone else in the group.
