Cost: $237

We’ve negotiated a group room rate at Hotel Indigo of $209/night plus tax. Breakfast is included. Based on the number of people who want to attend, we may opt to rent a bus. The trip cost is per person and assumes double occupancy (two queen beds) for hotel with taxes included. You can upgrade to a single king room for $238 additional.

Who can go?
The trip is open to all meetup members, friends and family. Please feel free to share this with those who may be interested. It is an excellent chance to travel with the strength and safety of a group of experienced and first-time travelers!

How to sign up?
Contact Ashley@warricktravel.com to place your reservation. To take advantage of the group rate, we’ll need to submit a rooming list in advance. Full payment due when you RSVP or by April 1. No roommate, no problem! You will have to opportunity to pick your roommate within the group prior to travel. If you have not found a roommate before the trip, you can be placed in a room with someone else in the group.

As always for those that have never traveled with the group we strongly encourage you to attend a Meet and Greet to meet other members and understand how the group operates.
