Debbie Donovan is a seasoned commercial leader in the medical device industry. She is known for operationalizing effective strategies and developing revenue-generating programs. She excels in leading teams in market access, clinical marketing, communications, and sales to clinicians and consumers. Debbie was most recently the Head of Commercial Operations at Materna Medical, overseeing marketing, sales, business development, and reimbursement for modern vaginal dilators for two indications. Previously, she was the Director of Marketing Operations at Cala Health, where she launched a bioelectrical wearable therapy for chronic conditions. Her experience also includes roles at Intuitive Surgical, EndoGastric Solutions, Avantis, Conceptus, Kyphon, and Somnus, serving various medical specialties. Debbie holds a BA in public relations journalism from the University of Southern California. She volunteers with MedtechWOMEN and the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. Outside of work, you can find her doing ice dance patterns at local skating rinks.
