If you have dance in your blood - but haven't yet expressed it, these classes are for you.

You will be guided in how to use natural movements and turn them into expressions of your authentic self.

The classes are always fun and are designed to connect us with JOY, PLEASURE, and FUN.

Open to all - no dance experience necessary

We have been running Biodanza classes for 18 years and have created a beautiful community of like-minded people. Join us and make new friends and connections in this large wonderful city of ours. The six-week course will be integrated into the regular group so that you can receive support and encouragement as you explore this beautiful dance modality
