The dances will be lively and inspiring and the focus will be on GP Asking – with sincerity and dignity facing our fear of rejection and feeling connected to our generosity and selflessness.

Discover your own unique dances within the structure of the class. About 12 to 13 different exercises which will take you from vitality to relaxation.
You can stay after the class to have a chat and share a cup of herbal tea.
